Q. What if I don’t like the properties
that I see, are there choices?
A. YES. There are different property designs and different locations,
we try to help the potential investor see as many options as are
humanly possible.
Q. What happens if the government was
to change the negative gearing laws?
A. It is public knowledge that both the Liberal and Labor Parties
want to retain negative gearing in its current state. It is also
public knowledge that if the laws were to change that there is a
"Grandfather" clause, that those of us who are negative
gearing, well it won’t effect us. For those who aren’t
negative gearing it will. To what extent, we will have to first
see if they change the current law first.
Q. Do I have to make a decision once
I see what’s involved? Do I have to buy anything, is there
pressure?
A These 3 questions get asked all at once, let me tell you up front.
There is NO pressure, If you don’t like what you see, DON’T
INVEST, If you don’t want to make a decision about what you
have seen, DON’T…BUT, if you are happy you just may wish
to start an investment in residential property, the choice will
always be yours.
